LAW AND ORDER (2023)

The extermination,
Of the AmerIndian nations…
WAS LEGAL
The depopulation of Afrika,
Of millions hunted and captured…
WAS LEGAL
Making those captured people slaves,
From cradle to grave…
WAS LEGAL
Jim Crow segregation,
Of the Black population…
WAS LEGAL
The systemic practice of whites raping,
Black girls bodies for the taking…
WAS LEGAL
Sterilizing women in clinics,
To exterminate Blacks with eugenics…
WAS LEGAL
Extending voting rights,
to only whites…
WAS LEGAL
The New Jim Crow segregation,
and ongoing slavery in mass incarceration…
IS LEGAL
The routine murder in the streets,
of unarmed Blacks by police…
IS LEGAL
America suppressed as lawless
the resistance of people of color,
By declaring legal
every outrage we suffered.
History shows protecting everything
from slavery to mass slaughter,
is the meaning
of calls for law and order.
When the world witnessed
the lynching of George Floyd
and resisted,
The president sent the cops
to suppress them
and insisted…
He was upholding LAW AND ORDER
In the ’60s when Blacks
were marching for the right to vote,
and police and racists attacked them
the justification gen by rote…
Was upholding LAW AND ORDER
In the ’50s when Black children
entered segregated white school,
It was resisted
as against the rules…
Of the established LAW AND ORDER.
When in the ’60s Freedom Riders
rode through the South and defied,
Segregation practices
those who violently opposed them cried…
For LAW AND ORDER
When Nixon ran for president
and played to racist tragedy,
By winning racist whites to the
Republican Party as his Southern Strategy…
It was called protecting LAW AND ORDER
When the resurgence of the Klan
was incited by the president and Hollywood,
By falsely portraying Black men as
rapists of white women it was declared good…
In promoting LAW AND ORDER
When thousands of Blacks were lynched
throughout the South,
The government and the murderers
didn’t care about reasonable doubt…
They claimed to be upholding LAW AND ORDER
After slavery was abolished and
Blacks struggled to Southern Reconstruction,
The South and North united
in the new system’s destruction…
They called it restoring LAW AND ORDER
America is not a land of laws
it is a land of lies,
Justifying its evil
by legalized its every crime.
In this manner
it validates its every oppression,
Examining it claims to law and order
provides an important lesson.
So once more
with history as a guide,
We can get the clear meaning
when we look inside.
Those three words true meaning
we don’t have to try and figure,
That they are really just code for
STOP THE NIGGERS!
