For everyone who’s done hard time
\nand is about that action,
\nWho’s been on the receiving end
\nof a cell extraction.<\/p>\n

Five pigs in riot armor
\nline up behind a shield,
\nOnce they assemble
\nyour fate is basically sealed.<\/p>\n

The idea is NOT to
\ngive you a fair fight,
\nThey’re cowards taught that
\nan armored mob attack on one man is alright.<\/p>\n

Momentum is
\ntheir main advantage,
\nRushing together into your cell
\nbefore you can manage…<\/p>\n

To engage any one of them
\nin a struggle,
\nYou’re tackled by force
\nthen all five will huddle<\/p>\n

Restrain you
\npile on your back,
\nHandcuff you leg shackle you
\nthen comes the mob attack.<\/p>\n

Raining down knees punches
\ngouge your eyes,
\nSqueeze your testicles
\nbend your fingers
\nand all the while to justify…<\/p>\n

The dirt they’re doing
\nthey’ll be insisting,
\nThat YOU’RE the one being combative
\nyelling ”Stop resisting! Stop resisting!”<\/p>\n

Few come out of these
\naltercations unscathed,
\nBut feel vindicated by the fact
\nthey stood fast and braved.<\/p>\n

A fight they knew
\nthey couldn’t win,
\nWith pigs in crash helmets
\nbody armor from chest to shin.<\/p>\n

Most times the pigs instigate
\nthese altercations
\nViolent situations that result
\nfrom their provocations.<\/p>\n

Knowing you’re at the
\ndisadvantage,
\nWhere like a video game
\nthey harm you but themselves escape damage.<\/p>\n

Keep in mind they’ll
\nplay on your pride,
\nto instigate you into letting them
\nrush inside…<\/p>\n

Your cell cuz they know
\ntheir odds are win win,
\nThey’re the type
\nwho think a fight is beating women and children.<\/p>\n

Actually cell extractions are basically
\nthe same,
\nFive armored pigs
\nversus one unarmed man.<\/p>\n

Those who take pride in
\njoining extraction teams,
\nAre your typical insecure types
\ncowards with low self esteem.<\/p>\n
