But we’ve had enough

And killing our kids
\nlying about what they did<\/p>\n

Driving us to protest
\nwhile officials just<\/p>\n

Present more crime bills
\nand continue to fill<\/p>\n

The hood with more cops
\nfor pretext stops<\/p>\n

Throwing us to the ground
\nkneeling down<\/p>\n

On our necks
\nso maybe the next<\/p>\n

To lose their life
\nwill be someone right<\/p>\n

In your own home
\nsomeone you’ve known<\/p>\n

And loved for years
\nyour eyes blinded by tears<\/p>\n

And grief
\nI daresay each<\/p>\n

Of us know the feeling
\nof loved ones killed and<\/p>\n

Beaten black and blue
\nand packed into<\/p>\n

Prison cells
\na living hell<\/p>\n

Created by those
\nwho are supposed<\/p>\n

To serve and protect
\nbut they show no respect<\/p>\n

To ”We the People”
\nthey personify evil<\/p>\n

They ain’t your friends
\nthey were sent in<\/p>\n

To contain the poor protect the rich
\nain’t that a bitch!<\/p>\n

If only we could
\nbecause we should<\/p>\n

Expel them
\nwith forces that excel them<\/p>\n

And bring security and peace
\nwe DON’T NEED THE POLICE<\/p>\n

How long did we have unity
\nwithin our communities<\/p>\n

Before they came in
\nand began blaming<\/p>\n

Us for the disruptions
\nthat began erupting<\/p>\n

Among our sons and daughters
\nbrought by their law and disorder<\/p>\n

K-9s snapping at our heels
\nwe’re being killed<\/p>\n

By them at rates
\nthat make<\/p>\n

More than clear
\nthat causing fear<\/p>\n

Is their intention
\njust like lynching<\/p>\n

Which is
\nexactly what it is<\/p>\n

Only instead of wearing white
\nand attacking at night<\/p>\n

To hide their faces
\ntoday these racists<\/p>\n

Use a line that’s blue
\nto hide what they do<\/p>\n

Behind outright lies
\nmeant to disguise<\/p>\n

Their purpose
\nto contain and hurt us<\/p>\n

An occupying army
\nhere to harm me<\/p>\n

Talking about if you see something
\nsay something<\/p>\n

Got you snitching
\nand switching<\/p>\n

Roles
\nturning loved ones to moles<\/p>\n

Selling our souls
\nso they can control<\/p>\n

And come in
\nand keep running<\/p>\n

Roughshod
\nover us god-<\/p>\n

Damn I’m sick of pig shit
\nand getting hit with<\/p>\n

Their games of divide and rule
\nwe ain’t all fools<\/p>\n

But a lot of us are
\nand we could really go far<\/p>\n

If you could recognize
\ntheir lies<\/p>\n

And see in the end
\nthe pigs ain’t your friends!<\/p>\n
