On June 30, 2023 I was thrown in solitary confinement here at Virginia’s Sussex
\n1 State Prison under the guise of being under investigation by prison officials.<\/p>\n
I was denied all my property and the warden here devised to stop my daily
\nradiation treatments for prostate cancer. Treatment that was deliberately denied
\nand delayed for over a year and a half in attempts by prison officials to allow
\nthe cancer to fatally spread.<\/p>\n
Several calls were sent out for public support against this abuse, and after
\nyour complaints my treatments were resumed. It wasn’t until two weeks later
\nhowever that some of my property was returned to me, although not all of what I
\nneed to pursue my pending court cases and scheduled federal trial. I still
\nremain in solitary confinement in an unlighted cell.<\/p>\n
Once again the people came to my aid in the time of need and I am once again
\nhumbled and grateful to you – the public, and my comrades, friends and
\nsupporters – for your support which has won the resumption of my cancer
\ntreatment and the return of some of my property.<\/p>\n
