Mother Afrika
\nThe path to ya
\nHas been lost to ya
\nChildren,
\nHere in Amerika
\nThey’ve disparaged ya
\nTo alienate our feelings.<\/p>\n

Not a word of ya
\nWealth the west keeps stealing,
\nYou deserve for us
\nTo serve in ya
\nFight for rebuilding.<\/p>\n

How many are willing
\nTo give back to the
\nPlace where we
\nOriginated,
\nThe motherland we’ve forgotten
\nRejected as rotten
\nAnd even hated.<\/p>\n

Because of white supremacist
\nlies
\nMinds paralyzed
\nBy divisions devised,
\nTo disguise
\nAnd keep Blacks degraded
\nSo the West has capitalized.<\/p>\n

I can’t overstate it<\/p>\n

How much we need
\nAnd must be united,
\nAll her children
\nThe world over
\nWith awareness ignited,<\/p>\n

We can’t fight it<\/p>\n

Everywhere we see ourselves
\nIn your image and of course,
\nTo reclaim our identity
\nWe must
\nReturn to the source.<\/p>\n

Of our history and culture
\nThe world from whence we all came,
\nThe love we must regain
\nReclaim your name
\nFrom ill fate and shame.<\/p>\n

Mother Afrika
\nThe path to ya
\nLies before our feet,
\nEarth’s wealthiest place
\nA vast space
\nWhere we all must meet<\/p>\n

The cradle and seat
\nOf all human life,
\nNot just the place portrayed
\nAs ripped by strife,
\nDivided by the knife<\/p>\n

Of the Imperialist West
\nWhose wealth was built
\nWith your resources and labor,
\nBut we’re taught to look down
\nOn you with disfavor.<\/p>\n

Our test
\nUnite to invest,
\nNot divest or arrest,
\nHer development
\nAn envelopment
\nWith the love we profess.<\/p>\n

For any mother
\nA bond like no other,
\nUnified as sisters and brothers
\nTo recover.<\/p>\n

Rediscover,
\nAfrika rich in resources
\nAnd culture like no other.<\/p>\n

Without your identity
\nWe’re in this world alone,
\nLike prodigal children
\nOur consciousness must
\nBe brought back home.<\/p>\n

For centuries
\nHer resources and peoples
\nHave been
\nControlled by other’s hands,
\nHer children in chains
\nIn other’s lands.<\/p>\n

Together we must band,
\nTo free the Motherland.<\/p>\n

Reclaim and love her,
