Of the AmerIndian nations…<\/div>\n
WAS LEGAL<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
The depopulation of Afrika,<\/div>\n
Of millions hunted and captured…<\/div>\n
WAS LEGAL<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
Making those captured people slaves,<\/div>\n
From cradle to grave…<\/div>\n
WAS LEGAL<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
Jim Crow segregation,<\/div>\n
Of the Black population…<\/div>\n
WAS LEGAL<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
The systemic practice of whites raping,<\/div>\n
Black girls bodies for the taking…<\/div>\n
WAS LEGAL<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
Sterilizing women in clinics,<\/div>\n
To exterminate Blacks with eugenics…<\/div>\n
WAS LEGAL<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
Extending voting rights,<\/div>\n
to only whites…<\/div>\n
WAS LEGAL<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
The New Jim Crow segregation,<\/div>\n
and ongoing slavery in mass incarceration…<\/div>\n
IS LEGAL<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
The routine murder in the streets,<\/div>\n
of unarmed Blacks by police…<\/div>\n
IS LEGAL<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
America suppressed as lawless<\/div>\n
the resistance of people of color,<\/div>\n
By declaring legal<\/div>\n
every outrage we suffered.<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
History shows protecting everything<\/div>\n
from slavery to mass slaughter,<\/div>\n
is the meaning<\/div>\n
of calls for law and order.<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
When the world witnessed<\/div>\n
the lynching of George Floyd<\/div>\n
and resisted,<\/div>\n
The president sent the cops<\/div>\n
to suppress them<\/div>\n
and insisted…<\/div>\n
He was upholding LAW AND ORDER<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
In the ’60s when Blacks<\/div>\n
were marching for the right to vote,<\/div>\n
and police and racists attacked them<\/div>\n
the justification given by rote…<\/div>\n
Was upholding LAW AND ORDER<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
In the ’50s when Black children<\/div>\n
entered segregated white school,<\/div>\n
It was resisted<\/div>\n
as against the rules…<\/div>\n
Of the established LAW AND ORDER.<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
When in the ’60s Freedom Riders<\/div>\n
rode through the South and defied,<\/div>\n
Segregation practices<\/div>\n
those who violently opposed them cried…<\/div>\n
For LAW AND ORDER<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
When Nixon ran for president<\/div>\n
and played to racist tragedy,<\/div>\n
By winning racist whites to the<\/div>\n
Republican Party as his Southern Strategy…<\/div>\n
It was called protecting LAW AND ORDER<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
When the resurgence of the Klan<\/div>\n
was incited by the president and Hollywood,<\/div>\n
By falsely portraying Black men as<\/div>\n
rapists of white women it was declared good…<\/div>\n
In promoting LAW AND ORDER<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
When thousands of Blacks were lynched<\/div>\n
throughout the South,<\/div>\n
The government and the murderers<\/div>\n
didn’t care about reasonable doubt…<\/div>\n
They claimed to be upholding LAW AND ORDER<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
After slavery was abolished and<\/div>\n
Blacks struggled for Southern Reconstruction,<\/div>\n
The South and North united<\/div>\n
in the new system’s destruction…<\/div>\n
They called it restoring LAW AND ORDER<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
America is not a land of laws<\/div>\n
it is a land of lies,<\/div>\n
Justifying its evil<\/div>\n
by legalizing its every crime.<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
In this manner<\/div>\n
it validates its every oppression,<\/div>\n
Examining it claims to law and order<\/div>\n
provides an important lesson.<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
So once more<\/div>\n
with history as a guide,<\/div>\n
We can get the clear meaning<\/div>\n
when we look inside.<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
Those three words true meaning<\/div>\n
we don’t have to try and figure,<\/div>\n
That they are really just code for<\/div>\n
