From the outset
\na word about MLK,
\nHe was NOT assassinated
\nby James Earl Ray.<\/p>\n

If you investigate
\nyou will find,
\nThe King family won a lawsuit
\nback in ’99.<\/p>\n

Where they sued Lloyd Jowers
\nand the feds,
\nFor the conspiracy
\nto shoot MLK dead.<\/p>\n

Then manufacturing an
\nintricate lie,
\nTo make James Earl Ray
\nthe fall guy.<\/p>\n

But the mainstream media
\nwouldn’t cover it,
\nThey didn’t want the public
\nto know the U.S. government.<\/p>\n

Had a major Black leader
\nassassinated,
\nBecause he wanted to
\nsee racism eradicated.<\/p>\n

But there was more to
\nhis struggle,
\nMLK also
\nstirred up trouble.<\/p>\n

Against the U.S. role
\nin violence everywhere,
\nOf draining wealth from every pocket
\nwithout the slightest care.<\/p>\n

It was capitalism that he found
\nat the root of all evil,
\nAnd Amerika was its empire
\nthat exploited the world’s people.<\/p>\n

When he spoke out against this
\nhis death warrant was signed,
\nBecause he had the power
\nto influence too many minds.<\/p>\n

He refused to do what
\nthe government told him,
\nLike during the Washington March
\nwhen they actually did control him.<\/p>\n

John F. Kennedy approved
\nhis “I have a dream” speech,
\nHe used MLK back them
\nto contain a major breach.<\/p>\n

Of control they wanted
\nto keep on the Black population,
\nWho planned to lay siege
\nto the capitol of this racist nation.<\/p>\n

Hundreds of thousands of Blacks
\nhad planned,
\nTo converge on DC
\nwhere they all would stand.<\/p>\n

Together to shut down
\nthe government and economy,
\nAnd not leave until they were granted
\nbasic equality.<\/p>\n

That scared U.S. officials
\nto the core,
\nThey couldn’t let the world see
\nall these Blacks at the capitol’s front door.<\/p>\n

Demanding to be free
\nso they paid MLK,
\nTo take control
\non that fateful day.<\/p>\n

To replace the siege
\nwith a one day march,
\nWith watered down speeches
\nand directions where to stop and start.<\/p>\n

Malcolm X bore witness
\nto how King was used,
\nAnd denounced him in his speech
\n“A message tone grassroots.”<\/p>\n

But King came around
\nrealizing he’d been tricked,
\nSo he denounced the civil rights movement
\nand the establishment.<\/p>\n

Moved to correct
\nthe errors he made,
\nOrganized an encampment
\nof the poor in DC for ’68.<\/p>\n

So the government murdered him
\non the eve of this event,
\nTo sellouts like Jesse’s Jackson and al sharpton
\nthe message was clearly sent.<\/p>\n

They’d better push the Democratic
\nparty to Blacks and toe the line,
\nOr like MLK
\nthey too would find.<\/p>\n

Themselves isolated discredited
\nand neutralized,
\nAnd their legacy rewritten
\nwith official lies.<\/p>\n

To portray them in the
\nimages the pigs saw fit,
\nTo keep us swimming
